The first five months felt like a blur of sleepless nights, emotional ups and downs, and a constant feeling of fatigue. I found myself wandering through the days like a zombie... forgetful of everyday tasks and drifting away in emotional fog. My connection with my husband also began to suffer as we struggled to navigate this new life filled with love and, surprisingly, loneliness. It was a challenging time, something that no amount of preparation could havefully equipped me for.
After hitting what felt like rock bottom, I knew something had to change - not just for myself, but for my family. I delved deeply into research about baby sleep and found that there are things you can do to improve your baby sleep.
We are often told that mothers have to sacrifice their well-being for their children's needs...
But I genuinely believe that good parenting starts with good rest, this belief motivated me to become a sleep consultant. Equipped with a certification in pediatric sleep and fueled by my passion for research during my honors years as a food technologist and nutritionist, I explored a wealth of sleep knowledge, helping many families thrive once again.
